Through the introduction of a complicated case of illegal medical practice carried out by different illegal subjects at different periods and different subjects discovered in the supervision of a"life care center"in K City,this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of the case investigation and evidence collection,law enforcement procedures and application of law,and summary of such cases disputes and shortcomings.In the context of the national people’s congress health,with the introduction of the Basic Medical Health and Health Promotion Law,this paper discussed how to effectively combat and curb illegal medical activities in the future.
