乡村振兴背景下互助县农牧业协同发展路径探究

Research on Coordinated Development Path of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Huzhu County under the Background of Rural Revitalization

2020年正值国家精准扶贫战略收官之年,互助县以巩固脱贫成果,完美衔接乡村振兴战略作为工作目标,坚持农业农村优先发展,不断加大对于农业方面政策、财政投入,以强有力的巩固脱贫措施保障人民群众实现真正脱贫、不返贫。但其发展力度尚且不足,且不能处理好产业间发展的矛盾,农牧业发展较为分散,尚未充分利用当地自然资源优势。通过对互助县农牧业发展现状进行研究,强调以产业协同发展作为主要发展手段,不断强化农牧业间的相互联系,促进农业现代化经济体建设,助力乡村振兴战略有效实施。

In 2020 during the final years national precision poverty reduction strategy,huzhu county to underpin poverty,per⁃fect cohesion rural revitalization strategy as a work goal,adhere to the priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,increasing policy,fiscal investment for agriculture,with powerful strengthen poverty alleviation measures to guarantee the true people out of poverty,not Chinese.However,its development strength is still insufficient,and it can not handle the contradic⁃tion between the development of industries,the development of agriculture and animal husbandry is scattered,and the advan⁃tages of local natural resources have not been fully utilized.Through the research on the current situation of agriculture and ani⁃mal husbandry development in Huzhu County,we emphasize the coordinated development of industries as the main means of development,constantly strengthen the relationship between agriculture and animal husbandry,promote the construction of ag⁃ricultural modernization economy,and help the effective implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
