农业保险创新对我国农业保险发展的影响研究

为打赢脱贫攻坚战,实现乡村振兴,我国农业农村的发展越来越受重视,与此同时,农业保险也迎来了崭新的发展时期,为了适应农业发展的全新阶段,打赢脱贫攻坚战,农业保险也应随着农业发展的进程进行合理的改革与创新。农业保险应该充分发挥保险机制的保障、放大、普惠、精准和增信的功能,通过分析我国农业保险现阶段所面临的不足,并根据农业发展情况,并据此从农业保险发展方向,保险服务,政府补贴等方面提出农业保险创新的方向,和对我国农业保险发展的影响。

The battle for win out of poverty,to realize rural revitalization,the development of agriculture and rural areas in Chi⁃na more and more attention,at the same time,the development of agricultural insurance also ushered in the new period,in or⁃der to adapt to the new stage of agricultural development,win out of poverty to be completed,agricultural insurance should be properly with the process of agricultural development of reform and innovation.Should give full play to agricultural insurance insurance mechanism safeguard,amplification,pratt&Whitney,accurate,and the function of credit,through the analysis of ag⁃ricultural insurance in our country at present stage facing the insufficiency,and according to the development of agriculture and the direction of development of agricultural insurance,insurance services,government subsidies and other aspects put for⁃ward the direction of the agricultural insurance innovation,and its influence on the development of the agricultural insurance in our country.
