生物有机肥复配对辣椒促生提质及根结线虫病防控的研究 被引量:3

Study on the Effect of Bio-organic Fertilizer Combination on Promoting Growth and Quality of Pepper and Controlling Root Knot Nematode Disease

摘要 为了了解不同生物有机肥处理对辣椒生长、品质、产量和根结线虫病防控的影响,本试验采用辣椒田间种植的方法,通过底肥施入不同用量生物有机肥和复合微生物菌剂复配处理,测定辣椒田间生长、品质、产量以及100g土根结线虫种群数量,筛选最佳生物有机肥复配处理。结果表明:使用不同生物有机肥复配对辣椒的株高增加4.87%~8.59%;茎粗较对照增加3.86%~25.99%;单果重增加16.66%~50%;横径增加6.87%~26.58%;纵径增加8.65%~23.21%;可溶性固形物增加17.63%;可溶性糖含量增加12.26%~38.68%;维生素C增加4.41%~27.12%,根结线虫病防控效果达到了49.00%~83.00%。因此,适宜用量的生物有机肥底肥处理能够起到促生抑病的效果,可以用于赤峰地区设施辣椒的生产种植中。 In order to understand the effects of different bio organic fertilizer treatments on the growth,quality,yield and root knot nematode disease control of pepper,the field planting method of pepper was adopted in this experiment.The growth,quali⁃ty,yield and population number of root knot nematode in 100g soil of pepper were determined by applying different amounts of bio organic fertilizer and compound microbial agent,The best compound treatment of bio organic fertilizer was selected.The re⁃sults showed that the plant height of pepper increased by 4.87%~8.59%with different bio organic fertilizers;The stem diame⁃ter increased by 3.86%~25.99%compared with CK;The single fruit weight increased by 16.66%~250%compared with CK;Compared with conventional CK,the transverse diameter increased by 6.87%~26.58%;Compared with conventional CK,the longitudinal diameter increased by 8.65%~23.21%;Compared with CK,soluble solids increased by 17.63%;The soluble sug⁃ar content increased by 12.26%~38.68%compared with CK;Vitamin C increased by 4.41%~27.12%compared with conven⁃tional CK,and the control effect of root knot nematode reached 49.00%~83.00%.Therefore,the appropriate amount of bio or⁃ganic fertilizer base fertilizer treatment can promote the growth and disease inhibition effect,and can be used in the production and planting of facility pepper in Chifeng area.
