个性化康复护理对胸外科患者术后呼吸功能恢复的影响

The Influence of Personalized Rehabilitation Nursing on the Postoperative Respiratory Function Recovery of Thoracic Surgery Patients

目的论胸外科手术患者通过个性化康复护理对术后呼吸功能恢复的影响。方法随机将来我院治疗的86例胸外科手术患者(于2020年2月至2021年2月入院)分为观察组和对照组,平均43例。分别实施个性化康复护理(观察组)和常规护理(对照组),比较效果。结果①观察组术后的肺总量、最高呼吸流速、潮气量、肺活量等呼吸功能指标明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。②观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(4.65%vs 25.58%)(P<0.05)。③观察组(41例,占95.35%)患者护理之后的满意度明显比对照组(34例,占79.07%)更高(P<0.05)。④观察组患者护理之后的生活质量评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。⑤观察组患者护理之后的心理状态明显比对照组更优,疼痛明显比对照组更轻,睡眠质量明显比对照组更好(P<0.05)。结论对胸外科手术患者通过个性化康复护理干预可有效改善患者的呼吸功能,降低并发症的发生率,提升患者整体满意度,改善其生活质量、疼痛、负面情绪和睡眠质量等,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the effect of individualized rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of postoperative respiratory function in thoracic surgery patients.Methods Eighty-six patients undergoing thoracic surgery in our hospital(admitted from February 2020 to February 2021)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 43 cases.Individualized rehabilitation nursing(observation group)and conventional nursing(control group)were implemented to compare the effects.Results(1)The postoperative lung capacity,maximum respiratory flow rate,tidal volume,vital capacity and other respiratory function indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).(2)Complications in the observation group the incidence of symptoms was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.65%vs.25.58%)(P<0.05).(3)The observation group(41 cases,accounting for 95.35%)patients'satisfaction after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(34 cases,79.07%)are higher(P<0.05).(4)The improvement in the quality of life score of patients in the observation group after nursing is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)The mental state of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly better than that of the control group,the pain was significantly lighter than that of the control group,and the quality of sleep was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients undergoing thoracic surgery can effectively improve the respiratory function of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,increase the overall satisfaction of the patients,and improve the quality of life,pain,negative emotions and sleep quality.It is worth recommending.
