优质护理对预防产妇剖宫产后下肢深静脉血栓的影响

The Effect of High-quality Nursing on the Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Limbs after Cesarean Section in Parturients

目的论优质护理在预防产妇剖宫产之后出现下肢深经脉血栓方面的效果。方法随机将来我院进行剖宫产的160例产妇(于2018年4月至2021年4月入院)分为观察组和对照组,平均80例。将实施优质护理的设为观察组,实施寻常护理的设为对照组,比较效果。结果①观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显比对照组低(5.00%vs 18.75%)(P<0.05)。②护理后,观察组的D-二聚体水平、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间改善都优于对照组(P<0.001)。③护理后,观察组患者的焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪、睡眠质量改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。④护理之后,观察组患者的生活质量改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。⑤护理后观察组患者的泌乳时间、排气时间、下床活动时间明显比对照组更短(P<0.05)。⑥观察组(78例,占97.50%)患者护理后的满意度明显高于对照组(68例,占85.00%)(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产的产妇提供优质护理服务可以减少出现下肢深静脉血栓的概率,同时也能改善产妇的凝血功能,优化患者的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪,提高整体睡眠质量和生活质量,促进术后的早期康复,提高整体满意度,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss the effect of high-quality nursing in preventing deep meridian thrombosis of lower limbs after cesarean section.Methods Randomly 160 parturients who will undergo cesarean section in our hospital(admitted from April 2018 to April 2021)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with an average of 80 cases.The observation group was given to those who performed highquality nursing,and the control group was given to those who performed ordinary nursing,and the effects were compared.Results(1)The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.00%vs.18.75%)(P<0.05).(2)After nursing,the D-dimer in the observation group the improvement in levels,prothrombin time,and activated partial thromboplastin time were better than those in the control group(P<0.001).(3)After nursing,the anxiety,depression,and sleep quality of the observation group the improvement effect was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)After nursing,the quality of life improvement effect of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)After nursing,the lactation time,exhaust time,and time of getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).(6)The observation group(78 cases,accounting for 97.50%)the satisfaction of patients after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(68 cases,accounting for 85.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The provision of high-quality nursing services for women undergoing cesarean section can reduce the probability of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities.It can also improve the coagulation function of the mothers,optimize the anxiety and depression of the patients,improve the overall quality of sleep and quality of life,and promote postoperative recovery.Rehabilitation early to improve overall satisfaction is worth recommending.
