摘要
目前,随着我国医学水平和造影技术的不断提高和完善,我国相关医院在对患者诊断过程中,疾病诊断率也因此得到提高,医疗质量显著提升。随着造影技术的不断完善,在医学诊断过程中,利用CT增强扫描的技术也越来越成熟,对比剂品也得到不断更新,常见的对比剂包括硫酸钡和碘对比剂。在临床诊断过程中,碘造影所发挥的功能和作用越来越明显,通过采用碘对比剂,能够便于医师更加清晰的观察到患者病灶部位,能够更加直观观察到患者病灶的实际情况。碘造影试剂已经广泛应用在多种临床诊断中,随着应用频率的增加,碘对比剂在使用过程中也出现各种不良反应,为了能够有效提高碘对比剂的使用效率,降低其在临床诊断中产生的不良反应,本文通过进一步探讨碘对比剂的临床应用与不良反应处理方法,通过查阅大量的文献进行研究,并进行文献综述,从而为今后碘对比剂的使用和预防不良反应发生提供一定的参考意见。
At present,with the continuous improvement and perfection of China's medical level and imaging technology,China's related hospitals in the process of patient diagnosis,disease diagnosis rate page has therefore been improved,the quality of medical treatment has been significantly improved.With the continuous improvement of imaging technology,enhanced CT scanning technology is becoming more and more mature in the process of medical diagnosis,and contrast agents are constantly updated.The common contrast agents include barium sulfate and iodine contrast agents.In the process of clinical diagnosis,the function and role of iodide contrast are becoming more and more obvious.By using iodide contrast agent,doctors can more clearly observe the site of the patient's focus,and can more intuitively observe the actual situation of the patient's focus.Iodine contrast agents has been widely used in a variety of clinical diagnosis,with the increase of application frequency,iodine contrast agent also appear in the process of using a variety of adverse reactions,in order to be able to effectively improve the efficiency of the use of iodine contrast agent,reduce its adverse reactions in clinical diagnosis of,this paper further explore the clinical application and adverse reactions of iodine contrast agent processing method,we studied a lot of literatures,and carries on the literature review,and the use of iodine contrast agent for the future and provides some reference opinions to prevent adverse reactions.
