糜烂性胃炎伴消化不良采用替普瑞酮联合奥美拉唑治疗的效果

Effect of Erosive Gastritis with Dyspepsia Treated with Teprenone and Omeprazole

目的分析糜烂性胃炎伴消化不良患者采用奥美拉唑联合替普瑞酮的治疗效果。方法选择我院2017年12月至2019年3月收治的糜烂性胃炎并发消化不良患者110例为研究对象,按照随机数表法对患者进行分组,每组55例,对照组给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,观察组患者给予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊联合替普瑞酮治疗,比较两组患者在治疗前后肠胃功能、疼痛、治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组治疗前VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分(2.01±1.12)分,低于对照组的VAS评分(4.41±2.22)分(P<0.05);经过治疗后观察组患者胃肠功能指标在肛门排气时间(4.21±0.62)d、肠鸣音恢复时间(3.91±0.62)d、症状消除时间(4.11±0.52)d均短于对照组患者的肛门排气时间(6.81±1.12)d、肠鸣音恢复时间(6.31±1.12)d、症状消除时间(6.11±1.42)d(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率(98.18%)明显高于对照组的临床治疗总有效率(67.27%)(P<0.05)。结论糜烂性胃炎并消化不良患者应用奥美拉唑胶囊联合替普瑞酮治疗,能够减少胃酸分泌,增加胃黏液分泌,对胃黏膜起到保护和修复作用,有效避免患者糜烂及出血情况的发生,提高患者胃肠功能,改善患者疼痛状况和消化不良症状。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of omeprazole combined with teprenone in patients with erosive gastritis and dyspepsia.Methods A total of 110 patients with erosive gastritis and dyspepsia in our hospital from December 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into 55 cases in each group,the control group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsule,and the observation group was treated with omeprazole enteric coated capsule combined with teprenone.The gastrointestinal function,pain,therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results There was no difference in VAS score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group(2.01±1.12)points was lower than that of the control group(4.41±2.22)(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastrointestinal function indexes of the observation group in anal exhaust time(4.21±0.62)days,bowel sound time(3.91±0.62)days and symptom elimination time(4.11±0.52)days were lower than those of the control group in and exhaust time(6.81±1.12)days,bowel sound time(6.31±1.12)days and symptom elimination time(6.11±1.42)days(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 98.218%in the observation group was significantly higher than 67.327%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole capsule combined with teprenone can reduce the secretion of gastric acid,increase the secretion of gastric mucus,protect and repair the gastric mucosa,effectively close the occurrence of erosion and bleeding,improve the gastrointestinal function,improve the pain and improve the symptoms of dyspepsia.
