肛肠病围手术期镇痛的临床应用研究

目的探讨肛肠病围手术期镇痛的临床应用价值,完善现有临床治理方案。方法采取对比研究的方式,横向对比不同护理方式的临床治疗效果,在研究环节,收治2018年11月至2019年11月我院的124例肛肠病患者,由于实施的镇痛方案不同,将其分为不同小组。对照组:实施常规镇痛治疗;试验组:实施围手术期镇痛治疗;比较两种镇痛方案对患者围手术阶段机体疼痛改善情况,并让患者对此次镇痛效果是否满意进行评价。结果两组患者在围手术期机体疼痛评分方面互比,试验组手术当日疼痛评分与对照组不存在较大差异,(P>0.05);试验组患者术后1 d、术后3 d与术后7 d机体疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在围手术期镇痛效果满意率方面互比,试验组98.39%比对照组的82.26%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肛肠疾病多选择手术治疗,毕竟手术属于侵入性操作,术后机体会出现疼痛状况,从而导致患者情绪烦躁、压抑,还会影响疾病的康复。针对肛肠疾病患者围手术期开展镇痛干预临床价值高,即可降低机体疼痛程度,还能有效的释放内心情绪,从而保证治疗有效性与安全性,同时可操作性较强,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of perioperative analgesia in anorectal diseases and improve the existing clinical management plan.Methods A comparative study was conducted to compare the clinical treatment effects of different nursing methods.In the study,124 patients with anorectal diseases admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were divided into different groups due to different analgesic programs.Control group:routine analgesia;Experimental group:perioperative analgesia;The improvement of body pain during perioperative period was compared between the two analgesic schemes,and the patients were evaluated whether the analgesic effect was satisfactory.Results The two groups of patients were compared with each other in the body pain scores during the perioperative period.There was no significant difference in the pain scores of the experimental group and the control group on the day of surgery(P>0.05).The body pain score of patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group 1 day after surgery,3 days after surgery and 7 days after surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of perioperative analgesic effect in the two groups was compared,98.39%in the experimental group was higher than 82.26%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment is preferred for anorectal diseases.After all,surgery is an invasive operation,and postoperative pain will occur in the body,which will lead to patients'emotional irritability and depression,and also affect the recovery of the disease.The analgesic intervention for patients with anorectal diseases in the perioperative period has high clinical value,which can reduce the body pain degree and effectively release the inner emotions,so as to ensure the effectiveness and safety of treatment.At the same time,it has strong operability and is worthy of widespread application.
