成分输血治疗产科大出血中输血护理干预措施及应用效果

Nursing Intervention Measures and Application Effect of Blood Transfusion in the Treatment of Obstetric Massive Hmorrhage by Component Blood Transfusion

目的探讨成分输血治疗产科大出血中输血护理干预措施及应用效果。方法选取我院2018年3月至2021年5月医治的80例产科出血患者作为研究对象,依照就诊时间的先后顺序将其划分成两组,分别为对照组与试验组。对照组39例患者采取常规形式的护理。试验组41例患者采取优质护理干预措施,比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组与对照组患者的护理满意度依次是95.12%、82.05%,试验组患者的护理满意情况相比于对照组而言更为理想(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁状况无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,试验组的焦虑、抑郁状况相对于对照组而言更低(P<0.05);试验组与对照组患者的不良反应率依次是7.32%、20.51%,试验组患者的不良反应相比于对照组而言更低(P<0.05);试验组患者的输血医治各个指标状况相比于对照组而言更优(P<0.05)。结论对产科大出血患者进行优质护理,利于改善患者的病情症状,降低并发症的发生率,加快患者病情的恢复。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention measures and application effect of blood transfusion in the treatment of obstetric massive hemorrhage by component blood transfusion.Methods A total of 80 obstetric hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital from March 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of visit time,namely the control group and the experimental group.The 39 patients in the control group took routine care,41 patients in the experimental group took high-quality nursing intervention measures to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group and the control group was 95.12%and 82.05%respectively.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was more ideal than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the anxiety and depression of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety and depression of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rates of patients in the experimental group and the control group were 7.32%and 20.51%respectively.The adverse reactions of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).All indexes of blood transfusion treatment in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing for patients with obstetric massive hemorrhage is conducive to improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the frequency of complications,and accelerate the good recovery of patients.
