舒适护理在阑尾炎手术护理中的价值

Value of Comfort Nursing in Appendicitis Operation Nursing

目的探讨舒适护理在阑尾炎手术护理中的价值。方法将我院2019年3月至2020年5月收治的40例阑尾炎手术患者作为试验组,将我院2019年3月至2020年1月收治的40例阑尾炎手术患者作为对照组。对照组患者选择常规形式的护理,试验组患者选择舒适护理,比较两组患者的临床医治效果、满意度、疼痛状况、舒适度、并发症状况、焦虑状况、生活质量。结果试验组患者的临床医治效果相对于对照组而言更为理想(P<0.05);试验组患者的满意度、疼痛状况、舒适度相比于对照组而言更优(P<0.05);试验组患者的并发症相比于对照组而言更低(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的生活质量、焦虑状况比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,试验组患者的生活质量、焦虑状况相比于对照组而言更为理想(P<0.05)。结论对阑尾炎手术患者进行舒适护理利于增强手术医治效果,减轻患者的疼痛感及焦虑状况,提升其生活质量。

Objective To explore the value of comfort nursing in the surgical nursing of appendicitis.Methods A total of 40 patients with appendicitis surgery treated in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were taken as the experimental group,and 40 patients with appendicitis surgery completed from March 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the control group.The patients in the control group chose routine nursing and the patients in the experimental group chose comfort nursing.The clinical treatment effect,satisfaction,pain,comfort,complications,anxiety and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical therapeutic effects of patients in the experimental group were more ideal than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction,pain and comfort of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the quality of life and anxiety between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life and anxiety of the patients in the experimental group were more ideal than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing for patients with appendicitis surgery is conducive to enhance the effect of surgical treatment,reduce the pain and anxiety of patients,and improve their quality of life.
