心理护理干预对酒精所致精神障碍患者焦虑情绪的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Anxiety of Patients with Mental Disorders Caused by Alcohol

目的研究心理护理干预对酒精所致精神障碍患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法入组对象为我院收治的80例酒精所致精神障碍患者,对其实施心理护理干预,为患者展开疾病知识宣教,叮嘱患者严格限制饮酒量,基于网络平台查询相关文件,为患者制定出健康教育手册,打印成册,发放给患者,定期举办健康教育讲座,提升患者对于饮酒所致精神障碍的认知,给予患者疾病护理,护理人员应采取亲切、友好的态度,接待患者,告知其定时服用药物存在的积极意义,做好并发症护理,该病患者容易出现妄想和癫痫等并发症,护理人员应采取针对性措施,预防并发症发生等。探讨其对患者焦虑情绪的影响。结果干预前后患者对酒精依赖的认知比较,干预前,患者在酒精依赖是一种疾病(是)、酒精依赖对身体和社会交往的影响等方面认知良好的比例均高于干预前(P<0.05)。患者干预前后焦虑情绪改变情况比较,干预后的焦虑、自卑、紧张患者比例均低于干预前(P<0.05)。干预后患者SAS评分显著低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论采用心理护理干预对酒精所致精神障碍疾病患者进行干预,可以提高其对疾病的认知水平,缓解其焦虑情绪。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with mental disorders caused by alcohol.Method Into the set of objects for our hospital 80 cases of patients with mental disorders due to use of alcohol,the implementation of psychological nursing intervention for patients with a disease knowledge education,told the patient to strictly limit alcohol,query related documents,based on the network platform to develop health education in patients with manual,print book,distributed to patients,through health education seminars regularly,Improve patient perception of mental disorder caused by alcohol,for patients with disease nursing,nursing staff should take a cordial and friendly attitude,reception,told the medication regularly exist positive significance,finish nursing complications,the disease patients prone to paranoia and complications such as epilepsy,nursing staff should take corresponding measures to prevent complications,and so on.To explore its effect on patients'anxiety.Results Compared the cognition of alcohol dependence before and after intervention:before intervention,the proportion of patients with good cognition of alcohol dependence is a disease(yes)and the influence of alcohol dependence on physical and social interaction was higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the changes of anxiety before and after intervention,the proportion of patients with anxiety,inferiority complex and tension after intervention was lower than before intervention(P<0.05).SAS score of patients after intervention was significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can improve the cognitive level of patients with mental disorders caused by alcohol and relieve their anxiety.
