PDCA循环式护理在慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用评价

Evaluation of PDCA Circulating Nursing in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的探讨PDCA循环式护理应用于慢性乙型肝炎患者护理中的临床效果。方法以简单随机抽样法选取大连市第六人民医院76例慢性乙型肝炎患者,病例选取起始时间2019年10月,截止时间2020年9月。以抽签法将其分为参照组和护理组,每组各38例,前者给予常规护理,后者给予PDCA循环式护理。以统计学对两组患者生存质量、护理依从性以及护理满意度等数据进行处理分析。结果护理前,两组患者生存质量各指标评分相似(P>0.05)。护理后,护理组腹部症状、全身症状、情感功能、焦虑、乏力以及活动等生存质量总评分明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。护理组护理依从优良率97.37%、护理满意度94.74%明显高于参照组84.21%、78.95%(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环式护理应用于慢性乙型肝炎患者护理中的效果显示,对患者生存质量的改善起到积极作用,同时可提高患者的护理依从性以及满意度,建议优先使用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of PDCA circulating nursing in the nursing of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select 76 patients with chronic hepatitis B from Dalian Sixth People's Hospital.The selection of cases started in October 2019 and ended in September 2020.They were divided into the reference group and the nursing group with 38 cases each by lottery.The former was given routine care,and the latter was given PDCA cyclic care.The data on the quality of life,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were processed and analyzed by statistics.Results Before nursing,the scores of each index of the quality of life of the two groups of patients were similar(P>0.05).After nursing,the overall quality of life scores of abdominal symptoms,systemic symptoms,emotional function,anxiety,fatigue,and activities in the nursing group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of 97.37%and the nursing satisfaction rate of 94.74%in the nursing group were significantly higher than those in the reference group of 84.21%and 78.95%(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of PDCA cyclic nursing in the care of patients with chronic hepatitis B shows that it can play a positive role in improving the quality of life of patients,and at the same time can improve the compliance and satisfaction of patients with care.It is recommended to use it first.
