腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术室护理干预效果

Nursing Intervention Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Operating Room

目的探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术室护理干预效果。方法将2019年2月至2019年12月在我院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的68例患者纳入试验,先入院的34例患者为对照组,行常规护理,后入院的34例患者为观察组,行手术室护理,记录两组患者手术时间、住院时间、下床活动时间以及排气时间,同时记录两组患者并发症发生情况,评价两组患者对护理工作的满意程度,对比临床护理效果。结果观察组患者手术时间(53.09±4.45)min、下床活动时间(15.58±3.37)h、排气时间(19.22±3.79)h以及住院时间(5.54±1.23)d均明显优于对照组各项数据(81.04±5.32)min、(25.60±4.11)h、(26.64±3.78)h、(11.02±2.14)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生情况5.88%(2/34)较对照组23.53%(8/34)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较对照组患者满意率79.41%(27/34),观察组患者护理满意率97.06%(33/34)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术室护理干预效果显著,可大大缩短手术时间,促进排气和加快下床活动,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生风险,让患者更加满意护理服务,树立医院良好形象,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in operating room of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Sixty-eight patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2019 were included in the trial.34 patients admitted first were regarded as the control group and received routine nursing,and 34 patients admitted later were regarded as the observation group and received operating room nursing.The operation time,hospitalization time,out of bed activity time and exhaust time of the two groups were recorded,At the same time,the complications of the two groups were recorded,the satisfaction of the two groups with nursing work was evaluated,and the clinical nursing effect was compared.Results The operation time(53.09±4.45)minute,ambulation time(15.58±3.37)hours,exhaust time(19.22±3.79)hours and hospitalization time(5.54±1.23)days in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(81.04±5.32)minute,(25.60±4.11)hours,(26.64±3.78)hours and(11.02±2.14)days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%(2/34)lower than that in the control group 23.53%(8/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with 79.41%(27/34)in the control group,the nursing satisfaction rate of 97.06%(33/34)in the observation group was higher,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in the operating room of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is significant.It can greatly shorten the operation time,promote exhaust and speed up out of bed activities,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the risk of complications,make patients more satisfied with nursing services,establish a good image of the hospital,and be worthy of clinical recommendation.
