预防胃镜室感染的护理管理措施及效果分析

摘要 目的探讨在胃镜室应用护理管理措施对感染的预防效果。方法择取2018年11月至2019年5月期间在我院接受胃镜检查的92例患者,根据患者的入院先后顺序将其划分为常规组和预防组,每组各46例。常规组中,男性患者22例、女性患者24例,年龄范围最小23岁、最大74岁,平均年龄(36.20±3.70)岁,预防组中,男性患者23例、女性患者23例,年龄范围最小22岁、最大74岁,平均年龄(36.50±3.60)岁。分析常规组患者感染的原因并制定护理管理预防措施,预防组施行护理管理预防,对比两组患者的感染情况。结果胃镜室感染主要是损伤性感染、病毒性感染、呼吸道感染,损伤性感染又分为咽喉感染、胃内感染、食管感染,病毒性感染主要是HP(幽门螺杆菌)感染,呼吸道感染一般是患者痰液或呼出气体在空气中挥发,不良的排气通风导致其他人感染,特别是抵抗力比较低的人群。预防组患者中感染1例,常规组患者中感染8例,预防组患者的感染率2.17%明显低于常规组患者的感染率17.39%,组间数据存在统计学差异,P<0.05。另外,预防组的护理管理满意度97.82%(非常满意54.34%、满意43.47%)高于常规组82.60%(非常满意43.47%、满意39.13%),且检验值P<0.05。结论针对在胃镜室应用护理管理措施,相较于实施前能够有效预防患者感染,降低感染率,提高护理管理满意度,具有重要的临床意义,值得推广和应用。 Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing management measures on infection in gastroscopy.Methods A total of 92 patients who received gastroscopy in our hospital from November 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into routine group and prevention group according to the order of admission,with 46 cases in each group.In the conventional group,there were 22 male patients and 24 female patients,ranging in age from 23 years old to 74 years old,with an average age of(36.20±3.70)years old;in the prevention group,there were 23 male patients and 23 female patients,ranging in age from 22 years old to 74 years old,with an average age of(36.50±3.60)years old.The causes of infection in the conventional group were analyzed and nursing management and prevention measures were formulated.The prevention group was carried out nursing management and prevention,and the infection situation of patients in the two groups was compared.Results Gastroscope room infection mainly traumatic infection,viral infections,respiratory infections,traumatic infection is divided into the throat infection,infection of the stomach,esophagus infection,viral infection is mainly HP(helicobacter pylori)infection,a respiratory infection is usually patients'sputum or breath gas evaporate in the air,bad that other infection exhaust ventilation,especially people with low resistance.There was 1 infection in the prevention group and 8 infections in the conventional group.The infection rate of the prevention group was 2.17%,which was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(17.39%).There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In addition,the nursing management satisfaction of the prevention group was 97.82%(very satisfied 54.34%,satisfied 43.47%)higher than that of the conventional group 82.60%(very satisfied 43.47%,satisfied 39.13%),and the test value was P<0.05.Conclusion The application of nursing management measures in gastroscopy can effectively prevent patient infection,reduce infection rate and improve nursing management satisfaction compared with the implementation before,which has important clinical significance and is worthy of promotion and application.
