摘要
创新创业人才培养已成为教育领域的研究热点与重点,是高等教育人才培养的重要途径.重点分析了创新创业人才培养目前存在的主要问题,提出创新创业人才培养深度推进的重点内容、方法与措施,并对人才培养可持续发展策略进行了探讨.
The cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial talents has become an important way to cultivate talents in higher education,as a central and key issue in the field of education.This paper mainly analyzes the major issues existing in the training of innovative entrepreneurial talents,proposes the emphasis,methods and measures to advance the training in depth,and probes deeply into the strategies for sustainable development of talents training.
