The Preventive Effect of Psychological Nursing on ICU Syndrome of Conscious Patients in ICU

目的分析心理护理对ICU清醒患者ICU综合征的预防效果。方法研究中从我院2017年9月至2018年9月接诊的ICU患者中选104例清醒患者。将患者进行分组时采用随机抛硬币的方式分为两组,对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。对照组患者接受常规性护理方法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实行心理护理。对比不同护理措施在预防ICU综合征中的效果。结果统计两组患者护理满意度,对照组为73.08%,低于观察组患者的96.15%,两组数据差异经检验后P<0.05,具有统计学意义;所有患者接受护理前的SDS与SAS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),护理后所有患者两项评分均下降,相比对照组患者,观察组患者SDS与SAS评分改善效果更显著,两组患者数据差异经检验P<0.05,具有统计学意义;分析两组患者ICU住院时间和机械通气时间,观察组患者均短于对照组,检验数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察组患者ICU综合征发生率要低于对照组,数据差异P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论为ICU清醒患者提供基础护理服务的同时开展心理护理,可明显提高护理满意度,并且还能够调整患者的情绪状态,缩短ICU住院时间,降低ICU综合征发生。

Objective To analyzes the preventive effect of psychological nursing on ICU syndrome of conscious patients in ICU.Methods One hundred and four sober patients were selected from ICU patients received in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group were 52 cases.The patients in the control group received conventional nursing methods,and the patients in the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.To control the effect of different nursing measures in the prevention of ICU syndrome.Results The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was 73.08%in the control group,which was lower than 96.15%in the observation group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)after the test.There was no difference between the SDS and SAS scores of all patients before the nursing(P>0.05).After the nursing,the two scores of all patients were dropped.Compared with the control group,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group improved more significantly.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time of ICU hospitalization time and mechanical ventilation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of ICU syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference in data was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion It can improve the satisfaction of nursing,adjust the emotional state of patients,shorten the stay time of ICU,and reduce the occurrence of ICU syndrome to provide basic nursing services for sober patients and to carry out psychological nursing at the same time.
