摘要 目的探究微生物检验技术对住院患者感染的控制效果。方法选择我院符合研究标准的不同科室的住院患者170例作为试验对象,根据不同的感染检测技术和感染控制方法分为两组。两组均常规采集痰液标本并采用微生物检验技术进行细菌鉴定,对比两组细菌感染程度和感染细菌类型。结果与对照组相比,观察组感染率较低(P<0.05);检测出革兰阴性菌(G-)11株(57.89%),革兰阳性球菌(G+)5株(26.32%),52例患者存在2种以上病原菌且存在耐药。观察组的治愈率、患者满意度高于对照组,医患纠纷发生率、患者投诉发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微生物检验技术能检测出患者感染病原菌情况,医师可根据该结果合理使用抗生素施治,同时加强院内控制感染,保证医疗服务水平。 Objective To explore the control effect of microbiological testing technology on infection in hospitalized patients.Methods One hundred and seventy cases of hospitalized patients from different departments in our hospital were selected as the experimental objects and divided into two groups according to different infection detection technology and infection control methods.Sputum samples were collected routinely in both groups,and bacteria were identified by microbiological test technology.The degree and type of bacterial infection were compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate of the observation group was lower(P<0.05);11 strains(57.89%)of gram negative bacteria(G-)and 5 strains(26.32%)of gram positive cocci(G+)were detected.There were more than two kinds of pathogens and drug resistance in 52 patients.The cure rate and patient satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes and the incidence of patient complaints were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological test technology can detect the pathogenic bacteria in patients with infection,doctors can use antibiotics reasonably according to the results,and strengthen the hospital infection control to ensure the level of medical service.
