老年胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者的综合康复护理效果

Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Elderly Patients with Thoracolumbar Osteoporotic Fracture

目的探讨老年胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者的综合康复护理效果。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月来我院治疗胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折的老年患者101例,采用奇偶数法将其分为两组。对照组50例采取常规护理,研究组51例给予综合康复护理。对两组患者心理状况、生活质量、护理质量以及护理满意度进行比较。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(94.12%vs.84.00%)(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(9.80%vs.30.00%)(P<0.05);研究组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理以后的心理状态评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理之后的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,椎体前中柱高度和Cobb角改善效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组康复护理后的Oswestry功能评分改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年胸腰椎骨质疏松性骨折患者采取综合康复护理可改善临床症状,提高护理满意度,改善患者的生活质量和心理状态,减轻疼痛,改善患者的胸腰椎功能和椎体功能。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fracture.Methods From February 2019 to February 2020,101 elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture of thoracolumbar spine were divided into two groups by odd even method.50 cases in the control group received routine nursing,51 cases in the study group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing.The psychological status,quality of life,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.12%vs.84.00%)(P<0.05);the study group,the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(9.80%vs.30.00%)(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than in the control group(P<0.05);the mental status score improvement of the study group after nursing was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after nursing in the study group the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group.The improvement effect of the height of the anterior middle column and the Cobb angle was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of Oswestry function score after rehabilitation nursing in the group was significantly better than that in the cont rol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation care for elderly patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic fractures can improve clinical symptoms,increase nursing satisfaction,improve the patient's quality of life and psychological state,relieve pain,and improve the thoracolumbar spine function and vertebral body function.
