化疗护理流程在肿瘤化疗中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Chemotherapy Nursing Process in Tumor Chemotherapy

目的分析探究化疗护理流程应用于肿瘤化疗中的效果。方法将我院在2018年6月至2019年12月收治的100例肿瘤化疗患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字分组法分成两组,对照组50例采取常规护理方法,观察组在对照组的基础上按照化疗护理流程展开护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果①首次化疗后及第2次化疗后,观察组的生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)评分均高于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组的不良反应的发生率6.00%,明显要比对照组的18.00%更低,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组的护理满意度为92.00%,显著高于对照组的68.00%,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗护理流程应用于肿瘤化疗中,有助于降低患者不良反应的发生率,改善患者的生存质量,提升其护理满意度,值得临床采纳与应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of chemotherapy nursing process applied in tumor chemotherapy.Methods In June 2018 to December 2019 as the research period,the time period in our hospital for treatment of 100 patients with tumor chemotherapy as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,each 50 cases and control group according to the conventional nursing process,on the basis of the observation group in the control group,in accordance with the chemotherapy nursing care process,compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results(1)After the first chemotherapy and the second chemotherapy,the core quality of life Scale(QLQ-C30)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,lower than that in the control group(18.00%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68.00%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of chemotherapy nursing process in tumor chemotherapy is helpful to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical adoption and application.
