Effect of Psychological Counseling and Mental Nursing on senile Dementia Patients

目的了解老年痴呆患者实施心理疏导及精神护理的效果。方法将我院2017年2月至2019年2月的80例老年痴呆患者,随机分为两组,当中一组是心理疏导及精神护理干预组,一组是常规护理干预组,每组40例。比较两组的护理效果。结果心理疏导及精神护理干预组的宣教满意度、对医疗环境满意度、态度满意度、护士能力满意度、心理护理满意度高于常规护理干预组。其中,常规护理干预组的宣教满意度75.00%、对医疗环境满意度75.00%、态度满意度77.50%、护士能力满意度77.50%、心理护理满意度72.50%,心理疏导及精神护理干预组分别为100%、92.50%、90.00%、97.50%、97.50%。心理疏导及精神护理干预组心理健康自评量表SCL-90量表评分以及老年生活自理能力ADL评分、对老年性痴呆症的认识水平、对病症治疗的认识程度、住院至离开医院的时间、不良事件发生率对比常规护理干预组有优势,P<0.05。结论对老年性痴呆症患者进行心理辅导和精神护理辅导,可以改善其症状,减少其住院期,改善其心理和生活自理能力。

Objective To understand the effect of psychological counseling and mental nursing for patients with senile dementia.Methods Eighty patients with Alzheimer's disease in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,one of which was the psychological counseling and mental nursing intervention group,and the other was the conventional nursing intervention group,each group 40 cases.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of publicity and education,satisfaction with medical environment,satisfaction with attitude,satisfaction rate of nurses'ability,and satisfaction rate of psychological care in the psychological counseling and mental nursing intervention group were higher than those in the conventional nursing intervention group.Among them,the satisfaction rate of publicity and education in the conventional nursing intervention group was 75.00%,the satisfaction rate of the medical environment was 75.00%,the satisfaction rate of attitude was 77.50%,the satisfaction rate of nurses'ability was 77.50%,and the satisfaction rate of psychological care was 72.50%.The psychological counseling and mental nursing intervention groups were respectively 100%,92.50%,90.00%,97.50%,97.50%.Psychological counseling and mental care intervention group mental health self-rating scale SCL-90 scale score and elderly life self-care ability ADL score,the level of awareness of alzheimer's disease,the level of awareness of disease treatment,the time limit from hospitalization to leaving the hospital,The incidence of adverse events has an advantage compared with the conventional nursing intervention group,P<0.05.Conclusion Psychological counseling and mental nursing counseling for patients with alzheimer's disease can improve their symptoms,reduce their hospital stay,and improve their psychological and self-care ability.
