摘要
教育领域与工作领域存在广泛的跨界互动需求,跨界学习正在成为人类普遍的社会性学习方式。然而跨界学习活动并不会自动发生,需要一定机制引发、维持和推动。因此,如何组织、维持跨界学习,已成为教育研究的新问题。借鉴第三代活动理论和邀请教育理论构建的跨界邀请学习,不同于传统的、松散的跨界学习,其特别强调建立明确的主题,提供有组织、有意义、有责任、有吸引力的交流情景,促进位于不同活动系统的参与者,跨越自己所属领域的边界,与其他活动系统的参与者互动,形成新的集体概念。"邀请模式下的学习环境"和"跨界共同体模式下的活动系统"是跨界邀请学习模型的核心,前者旨在使学习环境能够像磁铁一样将学习者吸引进来,让其在尊重、信任、乐观的学习氛围中感受到学习的价值和乐趣;后者有助于促成不同系统的参与者转换角色,深度、多元互动,创造新的理解和认知。开展跨界邀请学习要通过活动设计、机制建设,实现以"邀请为名"激励学习,以"互动为媒"促进跨界。新技术的快速发展正在催生网络模式下的跨界邀请学习,其蕴藏的学习规律和问题,还有待研究者进一步探索。
There is a wide range need of cross-boundary interaction in education,and cross-boundary learning is becoming a universal social learning model of human beings.However,cross-boundary learning activities do not happen automatically and need to be triggered,maintained and promoted by specific mechanisms.Therefore,the organization and maintenance of cross-boundary learning have become new issues in educational research.Cross-boundary invitational learning based on the third-generation Activity Theory and Invitational Theory is different from the traditional and loose cross-boundary learning,with a particular emphasis on establishing clear themes,providing organized,meaningful,responsible and attractive communication scenarios,promoting participants in different activity systems to cross the boundaries of their fields and interact with participants in other activity systems,then to form a new collective concept.“Learning environment under the invitation mode”and“activity system under cross-border community mode”are the core of the cross-boundary invitational learning model.The former aims to make the learning environment attract learners like a magnet to feel the value and pleasure of learning in the learning atmosphere of respect,trust and optimism.The latter contributes to the transformation of roles of participants in different systems and the deep and diverse interactions,to create new understandings and perceptions.To carry out cross-boundary invitational learning,we should design activities and build a mechanism to stimulate learning in the name of invitation and promote boundary crossing through the mediation of interaction.With the rapid development of new technologies,the rules and problems of cross-boundary invitational learning under the Internet environment need to be further explored by researchers.
