Since 1927,the Chinese Communist Party has created its own people's army and made immortal contributions to the realization of national rejuvenation and prosperity.In the new era,Xi Jinping,based on historical experience and practical requirements,has published a series of important expositions on strengthening the army by science and technology,in particular,his innovative expositions on concrete approaches regarding scientific and technological innovation,military-civilian integration,scientific and technological talents which suffices the nation’s expectation in this regard in the new ear.His important exposition on strengthening the army by science and technology is the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist military theory which has enriched and developed the socialist thought of strengthening the military with Chinese characteristics and drafted the blueprint of our military’s future practice of persistently relying on science and technology to strengthen the army and construct the army as an action guide for the world's top military force.
