“以赛促教、以赛促改”混合式教学设计与实践--以冠心病教学为例

Design and Practice of“Competition-promoted”Blended Teaching:A Case Study of Coronary Heart Disease

为了切实提高职业院校教师的教育教学能力,促进教师综合素质、信息化教学水平和创新能力全面提升,举办了2020年广西职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛。基于能力比赛,以赛促教、以赛促改,将多媒体教学、微课、微视频、蓝墨云班课平台、希沃系统、微信、活页式教材及思维导图等多种辅助教学手段与传统教学方法相结合,以中职农村医学专业内科学中的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病为例,有效做到了诊断学及内科学的融合,开发了活页式教材,通过单元整体教学设计、教学实施与成效、教学反思与改进三大模块进行教学设计的解析,为进一步推动教学改革、提升教学水平提供了一定的参考。

In order to effectively improve the comprehensive ability of vocational college teachers in education and teaching,and promote their comprehensive quality,informatization teaching level and innovation ability of teachers,the teaching ability competition,2020 Guangxi Vocational College Skills Competition,was held,in order to promote teaching and to promote teaching reform.The multimedia teaching,micro-lecture,micro video,the Blue Ink Cloud Class platform,and the SEEWO system,WeChat,the loose type teaching material system,mind mapping tools,and other auxiliary teaching methods were integrated with traditional teaching methods.The coronary atherosclerotic heart disease in rural medical professional lesson internal medicine in the technical secondary school was taken as an example to achieve the effective integration of diagnostics and internal medicine,and loose-leaf teaching materials were developed as well.The analysis of the teaching design of overall teaching design,teaching implementation and effectiveness,and teaching reflection and improvement was made,in order to provide certain reference for further promoting teaching reform and improving teaching level.
