参与式教学在妇产科本科临床技能教学中的探索 被引量:4

摘要 临床操作技能学习是连接医学生理论学习和临床医学实践的桥梁,是医学教育中不可或缺的一部分。妇产科临床操作技能教学面临学生学习动力不足、主动性不强等困境。应用参与式教学法,以学生为中心,课前以微课的形式让学生主动对临床理论知识进行预习,课中通过激发学习动机、模具教具示范、巧妙提问、分组讨论练习及角色互换等多种教学方法可以提高课堂教学的参与度,课后以作业形式巩固所学知识,并在后续的学习中不断反思强化,从而达到让学生全面参与课程全过程、提高教学水平的目的,为临床技能授课模式探索新的教学路径。 Clinical operation skill learning is a bridge between medical students’theoretical learning and clinical practice,and is an indispensable part of medical education.However,in the teaching of clinical operation skills in obstetrics and gynecology,students are confronted with difficulties such as lack of motivation and initiative.The participatory teaching method is adopted,which takes student as the center.Before class,students are allowed to take the initiative to preview the clinical theoretical knowledge in the form of micro-lecture.In class,a variety of teaching methods are used to improve students’participation in classroom teaching,such as,stimulating learning motivation,mold teaching materials demonstration,questioning,group discussions on exercises and role exchange.After class,homework is assigned to consolidate knowledge,so as to achieve the purpose of allowing students participate in the whole process of the course and improving the teaching level,and to explore new ways for the clinical skills teaching model.
