摘要
“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”是教育的根本问题。在国家乡村振兴战略和广东“新师范”建设双重背景下,作为承担基础教育和学前教育师资培养任务的地方师范院校,应主动适应和服务乡村振兴战略,把服务乡村教育、振兴乡村教育、推动乡村高质量发展作为新时代赋予的新的历史使命,创新地方师范院校人才培养模式,构建有乡村教育特色的德智体美劳全面发展的乡村基础教育人才培养体系,培养适合农村基础教育与学前教育师资,振兴乡村教育,助力乡村振兴。师范院校积极迎接挑战必将大有可为、大有作为。
“Who to be trained,how to train and for whom”is the fundamental issue of education.Under the dual background of the national strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of“new normal schools”in Guangdong,local normal colleges that undertake the task of training teachers for basic education and preschool education should actively adapt to and serve the strategy of rural revitalization,and take serving rural education,revitalizing rural education and promoting high-quality rural development as the new historical mission entrusted by the new era.They should innovate the talent training model of local normal colleges,build a rural pre-school and basic education talent training system with rural education characteristics and all-round development,so as to train teachers suitable for rural elementary education and pre-school education,revitalize rural education and help rural revitalization.Normal colleges and universities have great potential to actively meet the challenges.
