茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤治疗肝硬化顽固性腹水的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao Decoction in the Treatment of Refractory Ascites of Liver Cirrhosis

目的探究茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤对肝硬化顽固性腹水的治疗效果及对患者血清生化指标的影响。方法收集2019年5月—2020年5月中国医科大学附属盛京医院肝硬化顽固性腹水患者52例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各26例,对照组予以还原型谷胱甘肽注射液滴注,口服呋塞米片及特利加压素注射液滴注治疗;试验组在对照组的基础上予以茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。治疗结束后对比分析2组患者的临床疗效、血清生化指标、腹水变化情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05),血清血白蛋白(ALB)、24 h尿钠排量较高,血清肌酐(Scr)水平较低(P<0.05),24 h尿量较高,腹围、腹水深度较低(P<0.05)。结论茯苓桂枝白术甘草汤能够提高肝硬化顽固性腹水患者的疗效,缓解临床症状,改善各项血清生化指标。

Objective To explore the effect of Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao decoction on refractory ascites of liver cirrhosis and its influence on serum biochemical indexes of patients.Methods 52 patients with refractory ascites due to liver cirrhosis in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated of China Medical University from May 2019 to May 2020 were collected and divided into control group and study group,with 26 cases in each.The control group received terlipressin injection,and the study group received more with Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao decoction.2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,serum biochemical indexes and ascites changes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05),serum ALB,24h urinary sodium excretion were higher,serum SCR level were lower(P<0.05),24h urine volume was higher,abdominal circumference and ascites depth were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuling Guizhi Baizhu Gancao decoction can improve the curative effect of patients with refractory ascites due to cirrhosis,relieve clinical symptoms,improve serum biochemical indicators.
