真武汤对慢性心衰患者射血分数以及NT-proBNP水平影响的研究

Research on the Effect of Zhenwu Decoction on Ejection Fraction and NT-proBNP Level in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨真武汤对慢性心衰患者左室射血分数(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)以及氨基末端脑钠尿肽原(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年5月在辽宁省义县中医院就诊的慢性心衰患者104例,以随机数字表法分为2组,各52例。对照组单纯应用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用真武汤治疗,均治疗3周比较2组患者的LVEF、血清NT-proBNP水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3周后2组LVEF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组LVEF水平比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过3周的治疗,2组NT-proBNP水平均显著降低,且观察组水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);将2组不良反应发生情况进行对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗加用真武汤治疗慢性心衰患者的效果较好,可进一步提高LVEF,改善血清NT-proBNP水平,且不会增加不良反应,具有较好的安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhenwu decoction on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Yixian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table,with 52 cases in each group.The observation group was based on conventional western medicine treatment and Zhenwu decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine alone for 3 weeks.The levels of LVEF,NT-proBNP and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,the LVEF levels of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the LVEF level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the NT-proBNP levels of the two groups Both were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions between the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction and conventional western medicine treatment has a better effect in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.It can further increase LVEF and improve NT-proBNP levels without increasing adverse reactions and has good safety.
