扶正补土针法对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体康复的影响

Effect of“Fuzheng Butu”Acupuncture on Limb Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探究早期行“扶正补土”针法对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体康复的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年3月—2019年12月在上饶市立医院诊治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分组,将采用常规康复训练治疗的31例患者归为对照组,将在对照组基础上早期行“扶正补土”针法治疗的29例患者归为观察组,比较2组患者的肢体运动能力和生活质量。结果干预后,观察组上肢Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)评分、下肢FMA评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组躯体、心理、社会功能和物质生活评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期行“扶正补土”针法治疗可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能,从而提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of early“Fuzheng Butu”acupuncture on stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 60 patients with stroke and hemiplegia diagnosed and treated in Shangrao Municipal Hospital from March 2018 to December 2019.According to different treatment methods,the clinical data of 31 patients treated with conventional rehabilitation training were classified as the control group.The clinical data of 29 patients who were treated with the early“Fuzheng Butu”acupuncture on the basis of the control group were classified as the observation group.The physical ability and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After the intervention,the upper limb Fugl-Meyer exercise scale(FMA)score and lower limb FMA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the physical,psychological,social and material life of the observation group The score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early“Fuzheng Butu”acupuncture can improve the motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia,thereby improving their quality of life.
