基于痹证自拟痹痛散热透皮技术治疗颈椎病 腰椎间盘突出症镇痛效应

Discussion on the Analgesic Effect of Self-made Bitong Powder Radiating and Transdermal Technique in Treating Cervical Spondylosis and Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation from Arthromyodynia

颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出症的发病机制、病变部位有所不同,但其中医学病因病机多为风寒湿邪侵袭、跌扑劳损所致的风寒湿滞、痰湿互结、血瘀气滞。人至中年后肝肾日渐亏虚、气血生化不足也是其另一种致病机制,甚至是其根本的病理基础。风、寒、湿、瘀、虚导致筋脉痹阻、失养,气血运行不畅,经气不通,不通则痛。依据中医“异病同治”理论,二者均属“痹证”范畴。四川省名中医李绍军总结20余年的临床经验,自拟痹痛散结合热透皮技术治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著,具有镇痛疗效强,操作简单,舒适性高的特点,是一种安全、有效,值得推广的新方法。此文拟从痹证论分析自拟痹痛散热透皮技术治疗颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症的镇痛效应。
