乡村振兴的关键在于产业的振兴,而山区乡村振兴则需依靠产业与生态协同振兴才得以实现。鉴于山区乡村肩负生态环境与(民族)传统文化"双保护"和经济发展的特殊使命,以及按现阶段山区乡村发展特点因地制宜地全面推进乡村振兴,以多功能发展、文化-产业融合发展、协调发展和绿色发展为理论视角,以乡村产业与生态振兴为山区乡村振兴的"两大抓手",稳步推动山区乡村振兴的进程。为此,应以村民全面发展及生活富裕为山区乡村产业与生态协同振兴的目标导向;聚焦推进协同振兴的产业、生态、文化、人才和组织等关键领域;以乡村基层党组织嵌入为引领、以新型村级集体经济为立足点、以合理适度利用乡村资源为必要原则、以"生态+"为特色发展模式,推进山区乡村产业与生态的协同振兴。

The key to rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of rural industries,and the coordinated revitalization of mountainous villages can only be achieved by relying on the synergistic revitalization of industry and ecology.In view of the special mission of“dual protection”of ecological environment and(ethnic)traditional culture and economic development in mountainous villages,as well as the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization in accordance with the characteristics of mountainous village development at this stage,it is trying to develop multi-functional,culturalindustrial integration,coordinated development and green development are the theoretical basis,with rural industry and ecological revitalization as the“two hands”for the revitalization of mountainous villages to steadily promote the revitalization of mountainous villages.To this end,the comprehensive development of villagers and the prosperity of their lives should be the goal orientation of the coordinated revitalization of mountainous rural industries and ecology;We focus on the key areas of industry,ecology,culture,talents,and organizations that promote coordinated revitalization;And the embedding of rural grassroots party organizations should function as a guide,taking the new village-level collective economy as a foothold and taking the rational and appropriate use of rural resources as the necessary principle,and taking the“ecology+”as the characteristic development model,we will promote the coordinated revitalization of rural industries and ecology in mountainous areas.
