补肾化瘀汤治疗人流术后月经过少的效果研究

Study on the effect of bushen Huayu Decoction on postoperative months after abortion

目的研究补肾化瘀汤治疗人工流产术(人流术)后月经过少的临床效果。方法选取80例人流术后月经过少患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给子戊酸雌二醇与炔诺孕酮片治疗,研究组患者给予补肾化瘀汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后子官内膜厚度。结果研究组治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度明显厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为12.5%(5/40),研究组未发生一例不良反应,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中医证候总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾化瘀汤治疗人流术后月经过少疗效显著,可促进子宫内膜修复,刺激子宫内膜生长、增厚,从而增加月经量,且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Bushen Huayu Decoction on induced abortion(induced abortion).Methods 80 patients with oligomenorrhea after abortion were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with estradiol valerate and norethisterone tablets,and the patients in the study group were treated with Bushen Huayu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(77.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,endometrial thickness in the study group was significantly thicker than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5%(5/40)in the control group,and no adverse reactions occurred in the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the study group was 92.5%,which was significantfy higher than 75.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huayu Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of abortion after less months,ft can promote the repair of endometrium,stimulate the growth and thickening of endometrium,and thus increase menstrual volume.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
