新时期健康老龄化背景下基层中医医养结合服务实践模式探索

Exploration of the practice model of integrated traditional Chinese medicine with medical care at the basic level under the background of healthy aging in the new era

本研究依据某二级中医医院开展的中医营养结合服务试点工作实践,对中医药特色服务优势及工作成效进行总结,并对工作开展中所存在的问题及原因进行分析,结合新时期世界健康老龄化战略和计划背景,拟定中医药与健康老龄化养老服务结合的运行模式。

Objective:Based on the pilot work practice of integrated Chinese medicine and nutrition service carried out by a secondary Chinese medicine hospital,this study summarizes the advantages and work results of the characteristic service of Chinese medicine,and analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the work,and combines the world in the new era.The background of the healthy aging strategy and plan,and the formulation of a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and healthy aging services.
