基于目标规划的精炼配料优化研究

摘要 在精炼配料优化过程中,由于用线性规划法求解时,将主材成本作为唯一的判别准则。但线性规划的约束条件为硬性约束,若设置的约束条件不合理,在这种情况下就会造成无可行解的情况。本文针对线性规划无可行解的情况,建立新的目标规划模型,将单一目标函数扩展成多个目标的协调优化,在进行配料优化时以满足各个约束条件为目标,兼顾主材成本。使用序贯式算法对模型进行优化求解,最终的实验结果能够为决策者提供一种参考方案。 In the process of refining batching optimization,the cost of the main material is regarded as the only criterion for linear programming method.However,the constraint conditions of linear programming are hard constraints.If the constraint conditions set are unreasonable,it will cause no feasible solution situation in this case.In order to solve the problem of linear programming,a new objec⁃tive programming model is established in this paper.The single objective function is extended into coordinated optimization of multiple objectives.The objective of batchings optimization is to satisfy various constraints and take into account the cost of main materials.The sequential algorithm is used to optimize and solve the model,and the final experimental results can provide a reference scheme for deci⁃sion makers.
