摘要
当前乡村基层地区公共突发事件应急通知手段还存在不足,因应急通知无法及时传达会带来巨大的生命财产损失。基于MQTT技术和移动通信网络技术相结合,提出一种独立运行并具有后备电源的应急通知盒子设计。该设计可以作为乡村应急通知的有效补充和完善,能极大提高突发事件发生时人民群众的信息获取和避难能力。
The current national emergency notification methods for public emergencies are still inadequate,especially in rural grassroots areas,because the emergency notification cannot be communicated in time,which will cause huge loss of life and property.Based on the combination of MQTT technology and mobile communication network technology,a design of an emergency notification box that runs independently and has a backup power supply is proposed.This design can be used as an effective supplement and im⁃provement to the rural emergency notification,and can greatly improve the people's information acquisition and refuge ability when an emergency occurs.
