复方樟柳碱治疗眼底病变的效果及对患者视力的影响

Effect of compound anisinine in treating fundus lesions and its effect on visual acuity

目的:研究用复方樟柳碱治疗眼底病变的效果及对患者视力的影响。方法:选择浙江大学医学院附属第二医院眼科2019年6月至2020年2月收治的90例眼底病变患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为研究A组(n=45)和研究B组(n=45)。对两组患者均进行对症治疗,在此基础上加用复方樟柳碱对研究A组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:研究A组患者治疗的总有效率高于研究B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究A组患者的视力高于研究B组患者,其自觉症状消失的时间和视力改善的时间均短于研究B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究A组患者的红细胞比容、血浆黏度、全血黏度和血浆纤维蛋白原的水平均低于研究B组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对眼底病变患者进行对症治疗的基础上,加用复方樟柳碱对其进行治疗能显著改善其视力和血液流变学指标,快速缓解其临床症状。

Objective:To study the effect of compound anisodine in the treatment of fundus lesions and its effect on visual acuity.Methods:A total of 90 patients with fundus lesions treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from June 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into study group A(n=45)and study group B(n=45).The two groups of patients were treated with symptomatic treatment,on this basis,compound anisodine was added to study group A patients for treatment,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of study group A was higher than that of study group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity of patients in study group A was higher than that in study group B,and the time of conscious symptom disappearance and visual acuity improvement was shorter than that in study group B,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,erythrocyte specific volume,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity and plasma fibrinogen levels in study group A were lower than those in study group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of symptomatic treatment for patients with fundus lesions,compound anisodine can significantly improve their visual acuity and hemorheology indexes,and quickly relieve their clinical symptoms.
