摘要
目的:研究用肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合射频消融术治疗中晚期肝癌的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年某医院收治的76例中晚期肝癌患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行肝动脉化疗栓塞术,对观察组患者进行肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合射频消融术,然后比较两组患者的近期疗效及各项临床指标。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,治疗后其血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、总胆红素(TBIL)的水平均低于对照组患者,其血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的水平高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1周、2周及4周,观察组患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯用肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗中晚期肝癌相比,用肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合射频消融术治疗此病的效果更好,能更有效地提高患者的疗效,改善其血清VEGF的水平和肝功能。
Objective:To study the effect of hepatic arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:A total of 76 patients with advanced liver cancer admitted to a hospital from January 2019 to 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with hepatic arterial chemoembolization,and patients in the observation group were treated with hepatic arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation,and then the short-term efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the serum AFP and TBIL levels were lower than control group,and the serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,2 and 4 weeks after treatment,the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with hepatic arterial chemoembolization alone,hepatic arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation is more effective in the treatment of patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma,which can improve the efficacy of patients more effectively,and improve the level of serum VEGF and liver function.
