DR检查与CT检查诊断不典型肺结核的效果对比

Comparison between DR examination and CT examination in the diagnosis of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:比较用数字化X线摄影(DR)检查与计算机断层扫描(CT)检查诊断不典型肺结核的效果。方法:选择2020年1月至12月长治医学院附属和济医院收治的120例不典型肺结核患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后对其均进行DR检查与CT检查,然后比较用这两种检查诊断其病情的准确率。结果:与用DR检查相比,用CT检查诊断120例患者患有不典型肺结核的准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与用DR检查相比,用CT检查诊断120例患者患有结节或肿块型肺结核、气管支气管结核、肺磨玻璃密度影型肺结核、肺炎实变型肺结核和粟粒性肺结核的准确率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与用DR检查诊断不典型肺结核相比,用CT检查诊断该病的准确率更高。

Objective:To compare the effect of digital radiography(DR)and computed tomography(CT)in the diagnosis of atypical pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 120 atypical pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to The Affiliated Heji Hospital of Changzhi Medical College from January to December 2020 were selected as the research object.DR and CT examinations were performed on all these patients after admission,and the accuracy of the two examinations for diagnosis of their disease was compared.Results:Compared with DR examination,CT examination had higher accuracy in the diagnosis of 120 patients with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with DR examination,CT examination had higher accuracy in diagnosing 120 patients with nodular or mass tuberculosis,tracheobronchial tuberculosis,pulmonary ground glass density shadow tuberculosis,pneumococcal tuberculosis and miliary tuberculosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT is more accurate in diagnosing atypical pulmonary tuberculosis than DR.
