回授法结合视频宣教法在肺癌患者围手术期健康教育中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨对进行手术治疗的肺癌患者在围手术期使用回授法结合视频宣教法实施健康教育的效果。方法:选取2020年6月至11月期间在四川省德阳市人民医院心胸外科住院的140例肺癌患者作为研究对象。对这些患者均使用手术进行治疗。根据这些患者入院的时间将其分为对照组和观察组。在围手术期,为对照组患者使用视频宣教法进行健康教育,为观察组患者使用回授法结合视频宣教法进行健康教育。然后观察两组患者的第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、发生术后并发症的情况、对健康知识的掌握情况及对健康教育的满意度。结果:术后3 d,观察组患者的FVC、FEV_(1)及PaO_(2)均大于对照组患者,其PaCO_(2)小于对照组患者,其术后并发症的发生率低于对照组患者,P<0.05。健康教育结束后,观察组患者对健康知识的总掌握率及对健康教育的总满意率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对进行手术治疗的肺癌患者在围手术期使用回授法结合视频宣教法实施健康教育可有效地提高其肺功能,改善其各项血气分析指标的水平,有利于其更好地掌握健康知识,并可提高其对健康教育的满意度。 Objective:To explore the effect of health education combined with video education in perioperative period for patients with lung cancer undergoing surgical treatment.Methods:A total of 140 patients with lung cancer who were hospitalized in cardiothoracic Surgery department of Deyang People’s Hospital of Sichuan Province from June to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.All of these patients were treated with surgery.These patients were divided into control and observation groups based on the time of admission.In the perioperative period,the video education method was used for the control group,and the feedback method combined with video education method was used for the observation group.The first second forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),postoperative complications,knowledge of health and satisfaction of health education in 2 groups were observed.Results:Three days after surgery,FVC,FEV_(1) and PaO_(2) in observation group were higher than control group,PaCO_(2) was lower than control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than control group,P<0.05.After the health education,the total mastery rate of health knowledge and the total satisfaction rate of health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the perioperative period of lung cancer patients undergoing surgical treatment,health education combined with video education method can effectively improve their lung function,improve the level of blood gas analysis indicators,help them better grasp health knowledge,and improve their satisfaction with health education.
