动态增强CT以及MR灌注成像对于肺癌肿瘤血管生成的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨MR灌注成像、动态增强CT检查用于肺癌肿瘤血管生成中的诊断价值。方法:对2018年1月—2020年12月兖矿新里程总医院收治的140例肺癌患者展开MR灌注成像以及动态增强CT检查。结果:CT各项参数灌注值、PH以及微血管密度表现出正相关特点;同肺癌微血管密度比较,MR灌注成像表现为正相关。结论:MR灌注成像以及动态增强CT检查方式的有效运用,可保证肺癌诊断准确性。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MR perfusion imaging and dynamic enhanced CT examination in angiogenesis of lung cancer tumors.Methods From January 1,2018 to December 31,2020,140 patients with lung cancer in Yankuang New Journey general hospital were examined by MR perfusion imaging and dynamic enhanced CT.Results CT parameter perfusion values,PH and microvascular density showed positive correlation characteristics;MR perfusion imaging showed positive correlation compared with the microvascular density of lung cancer.Conclusion The effective use of MR perfusion imaging and dynamic enhanced CT examination methods can ensure the accuracy of lung cancer diagnosis.
