乳腺超声与钼靶联合检查在乳腺癌筛查中的效果评估

Evaluation of the effect of combined breast ultrasound and mammography in breast cancer screening

目的:分析在乳腺癌筛查中乳腺超声与钼靶联合检查的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月我院收治的50例疑似乳腺癌患者,其中病理诊断为阳性38例,阴性12例,均予以乳腺超声、乳腺钼靶检查,比较不同检查方法对乳腺癌的筛查效果。结果:以病理检查结果为诊断标准,乳腺超声诊断灵敏度为76.32%,准确度为66.00%,特异度为33.33%,阳性与阴性预测值为78.38%和30.77%,乳腺钼靶诊断灵敏度、准确度、特异度,阳性及阴性预测值为78.95%、72.00%、50.00%、83.33%和42.86%,两者联合诊断结果分别为94.74%、92.00%、83.33%、94.74%和83.33%,联合诊断与单独乳腺超声或乳腺钼靶诊断结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌筛查过程中,将乳腺超声与钼靶检查充分结合,能够显著提升临床对乳腺癌的筛查效果,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of combined breast ultrasound and mammography in breast cancer screening.Methods 50 cases of suspected breast cancer patients admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected.Among them,38 cases were pathologically diagnosed as positive and 12 cases were negative.All of them underwent breast ultrasound and mammography examination.Different examination methods were compared for breast cancer.Screening effect.Results Taking pathological examination results as the diagnostic criteria,the diagnostic sensitivity of breast ultrasound was 76.32%,accuracy was 66.00%,specificity was 33.33%,positive and negative predictive values were 78.38% and 30.77%,and the sensitivity and accuracy of breast mammography diagnosis,Specificity,positive and negative predictive values are 78.95%,72.00%,50.00%,83.33% and 42.86%.The combined diagnosis results of the two are 94.74%,92.00%,83.33%,94.74% and 83.33%,respectively.The combined diagnosis and There was a significant difference between the diagnosis results of breast ultrasound or mammography target alone(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of breast cancer screening,the full combination of breast ultrasound and mammography can significantly improve the clinical screening effect of breast cancer,which is worthy of promotion.
