摘要
一次调频是发电机组并网运行时快速调节转速偏差的手段之一。介绍了一次调频与二次调频,以及一次调频的系统频率标准、转速不等率、转速与频率死区,分析了自动投入条件、指令输出回路修正等一次调频控制逻辑组态,以及一次调频能力不足、主蒸汽压力变化幅度过大、汽轮机轴向位移变化、汽轮机推力瓦温度变化过大等一次调频过程中存在的问题。
The primary frequency control is one of the means to adjust the speed deviation when the generator set is grid-connected running.The primary frequency control and the secondary frequency control were introduced as well as the system frequency standard,the speed deviation rate,the speed and frequency dead zone in primary frequency control.The primary frequency control logic configuration such as automatic input condition and order output loop correction was analyzed,as well as insufficient primary frequency control ability,large change of main vapor pressure,large turbo axis displacement,large change of steam turbine thrust bearing temperature during primary frequency control.
