封闭式组合电器用绝缘拉杆粘接剂影响的分析

Influence Analysis of Adhesive for Insulating Rod of GIS

绝缘拉杆是封闭式组合电器的关键部件。针对封闭式组合电器用绝缘拉杆接头脱落故障,分析了绝缘拉杆粘接剂的影响。基于不同的绝缘拉杆连接结构,使用不同的粘接剂进行试验,分析粘接剂对绝缘拉杆抗弯、抗扭性能的影响。通过分析得出,试验所采用的2号粘接剂对绝缘拉杆粘接强度具有明显的提高作用。

The insulating rod is a key component of the GIS.The influence of adhesive for the insulating rod was analyzed aiming at the joint drop failure of the insulating rod of the GIS.Based on different connection structures of the insulating rod,the different adhesives were used to test and analyze the influence of adhesive on the anti-bending and anti-torque performance of the insulating rod.By analyzing,No.2 adhesive used in test has a significant improvement in adhesive strength of the insulating rod.
