Design analysis on thermosiphon oil return system of screw compressor

介绍螺杆式压缩机热虹吸回油系统的基本原理,分析其热力过程及其对系统制冷性能的影响,并与气泵回油方式进行试验对比,结果表明:相对于气泵回油方式,热虹吸回油在制冷性能方面没有优势,但不会影响压缩机的排气过热度。最后给出热虹吸回油系统的设计要点。

The basic principle of thermosiphon oil ret urn system of screw compressor is introduced.Its thermal process and its impact on the refrigeration performance of the sys-tem are analyzed,and it's compared with the gas pump oil return by tests.The result shows that compared with the gas pump oil return,the thermosiphon oil return has no ad-vantages in the aspect of refrigeration performance,but it has no impact on the discharge superheat.Finally,the design points of thermosiphon oil return system is proposed.
