摘要
为研究R454B和R32作为R410A的替代制冷剂的性能和替换注意事项,本文在同一台涡旋式压缩机中测试R454B和R32的主要性能和运行范围,并与R410A进行对比。结果表明:R454B的制冷量略小于R410A,可能允许制冷剂直接替换,而R32超出R410A较多,替换时须要调整压缩机排气量;由于R32排气温度较高,其运行范围小于R410A运行范围,R454B能够实现与R410A相同的运行范围;由于R454B和R32的密度低于R410A,从而质量流量低于R410A,使得在低蒸发温度工况下制冷量和能效有较大衰减,因此在制冷剂替代过程中需要关注低蒸发温度工况,并采取改进措施。
In order to study the performance of R454B and R32 which are alternative refrigerants for R410A and the replacement precautions,the main performance and opera-tion map of R454B and R32 are tested in the same scroll compressor,and those are com-pared with R410A.The results show that the cooling capacity of R454B is slightly less than that of R410A,and it may allow direct drop-in,while the cooling capacity of R32 is much higher than that of R410A,indicating the compressor displacement may need to be.adjusted when applying R32.R32 has higher di scharge temperature,thus its operation en-velope is less than that of R410A,while R454B's operation envelope can be equivalent with R410A.Due to the mass flow of R454B and R32 are both lower than that of R410A due to lower density,their cooling capacities and energy efficiencies have obvious deterioration at low evap-orating temperature,so it should pay more attention on the low evaporating temperature condition and take the corresponding improvement measures.
