摘要
为了对暖风系统进行优化,减少其散热器数量,并使其能满足客车的采暖需求及乘员舱热舒适性要求,文中以某燃料电池汽车的暖风系统为研究对象,将8散热器的暖风系统优化为6散热器的暖风系统,通过AMESim软件建立了两种工况下的乘员舱换热模型,对乘员舱进行取暖及与外界环境换热的仿真,得到车舱内温度、人体舒适性指标等仿真结果,将结果进行舒适性优化,可看出该车优化后的暖风系统能满足客车的采暖需求及热舒适性要求。
In order to optimize the heating system,reduce the number of radiators and make it meet the heating requirements of passenger cars and the thermal comfort requirements of passenger compartment,this paper takes the heating system of a fuel cell vehicle as the research object,optimizes the heating system of 8 radiators into the heating system of 6 heat diffusers,and establishes the heat exchange model of passenger compartment under two working conditions through AMESim software.The simulation of heatingand heat exchange with the external environment is carried out for the passenger compartment,and the simulation results suchas temperature in the cabin and human comfort index are obtained.After the comfort optimization of the results,it can be seen that the optimized heating system of the vehicle can meet the heating requirements and thermal comfort requirements of the bus.
