摘要
通过球形药包爆破试验,获得爆破漏斗曲线,构建爆破效率函数。将柱状药包分为若干个球形分药包,每个分药包的等效药量为在该药包埋深时的爆破效率与药量之积。根据叠加原理,等效药包药量为各分药包等效药量之和。等效炸药比α为等效药包药量与柱状药包药量之比。由一组爆破漏斗试验,得到临界埋深L_(N)=2.98 m,爆破变形能E=1.785 m/kg^(1/3),最佳埋深比Δ_(j)=0.428。由爆破效率函数得出,当药包长径比γ≤6时,等效炸药比α≥0.848,柱状药包近似为球形药包。
Through the crater test,the blasting crater curve was obtained and the blasting efficiency function was constructed.The column charge was divided into several spherical sub-charge packages,and the equivalent charge quantity of each sub-charge was the product of its blasting efficiency and its quantity.According to the superposition principle,the equivalent explosive quantity was the sum of the equivalent charge quantity of each sub charge.The ratio of equivalent explosive(α)is the ratio of equivalent charge to column charge.By a crater test,the critical buried depth L_(N)=2.98 m,deformation energy E=1.785 m/kg^(1/3),the best buried depth ratioΔ_(j)=0.428.By blasting efficiency funct,while a column charge withγ≤6(γ:the ratio of length to diameter of charge),and its equivalent explosive ratioα≥0.848,the column charge can be approximately a spherical charge.
