摘要
磷石膏是磷酸生产过程中产生的主要副产物,其成分和性质受磷矿资源特性和磷酸生产工艺的影响而表现出复杂多变性,除此,磷石膏还表现出产排量大、堆存面积广等特点,这也就严重制约了磷石膏后期的资源化利用途径。现在已有的磷石膏资源化利用技术存在成本高、潜在威胁大、处理量低等缺陷,难以大规模、广范围的应用,而双极膜技术能够借助电场作用在酸碱清洁生产、资源回收利用等领域实现低能耗、少污染、废物的高附加值利用。在研究磷石膏资源化利用的基础上,解析磷石膏资源化利用方面理论支撑基础以及其技术推广的主要制约因素,并总结了双极膜在磷石膏资源化利用领域以及清洁生产加工过程中的应用前景,为磷石膏高附加值利用以及循环利用提供研究思路,为磷化工企业磷石膏固体废物的处理与处置提供解决思路和理论支撑。
Phosphogypsum is the main by-product produced in the process of phosphoric acid production.Its composition and properties are complicated and variable due to the influence of phosphate resource characteristics and the phosphoric acid production process.In addition,phosphogypsum also shows the characteristics of large production capacity and wide storage area,which seriously restricts the way of resource utilization of phosphogypsum in the later period.The existing phosphogypsum resource utilization technology has the defects of high cost,great potential threat,and low processing capacity,which makes it difficult to be applied on a large scale and in a wide range.However,bipolar membrane technology can realize the utilization of low energy consumption,less pollution,and high added value of waste in the fields of acid and alkali clean production and resource recovery and utilization with the help of electric field.Based on the study of phosphogypsum resource utilization,this review has analyzed the theoretical support basis of phosphogypsum resource utilization and the main restricting factors of its technical popularization and summarized the application prospect of the bipolar membrane in phosphogypsum resource utilization and clean production and processing.It provides research ideas for high additional utilization and recycling of phosphogypsum and provides solutions and theoretical support for the treatment and disposal of solid waste of phosphogypsum in phosphorus chemical enterprises.
