新加坡职业教育对经济发展的贡献——基于2010-2020年数据的丹尼森因素分析

Research on the Contribution of Singapore's Vocational Education to Its Economy:Based on Dennison Factor Analysis of 2010-2020 years

新加坡的职业教育是世界上最成功的案例之一,但是目前关于它对新加坡经济贡献的研究大多停留在定性描述,很少涉及定量研究。通过调整后的丹尼森因素分析法,可测算出2010—2020年新加坡职业教育对经济的直接贡献率为21.1%。在此基础上,提出新加坡职业教育发展的3条经验:1.政府高度重视人才供求以及招生规划;2.建立科学的职业资格证书教育体系;3.采用“教学工厂”模式加强校企合作。

Singapore's vocational education is one of the most successful education systems in the world.However,the present studies have emphasized qualitative description,and few can be found on quantitative research.A direct contribution rate of 21.1%to economy of Singapore's was calculated according to the adjusted Dennison Factor Analysis.Based on the above mentioned study result,three experience have been proposed for Singapore vocational education:(1)Government should pay more attention to the planning of vocational education structure.(2)A scientific vocational qualification certificate system should be established.(3)The cooperation between institutions of higher learning and enterprises based on"teaching factory"model should be intensified.
