基于“课岗赛证”融通的中职市场营销课程教学设计探析——以福建工业学校为例 被引量:7

摘要 新时代企业对营销人才需求发生转变,尤其是营销人才的知识、技能和素质的要求不断提高,而现行的中职课程教学还存在理念滞后、方式和方法单一、课程思政欠缺等问题,导致营销人才培养水平和质量普遍不高,很难满足企业的营销人才需求,也影响了毕业生就业创业综合能力。基于“课岗赛证”理论,将其和中职院校的市场营销教学融合,优化设计了课程教学体系,有针对性地解决上述问题,以期做到可操作可借鉴。 In the new era,the demand of enterprises for marketing talents is being changed,especially the requirement of marketing talents'knowledge,skills and quality has been continuously increased.However,the current curriculum teaching in secondary vocational schools still has problems of lagging ideas,single teaching ways and methods,and lack of ideological and political education,which leads to a lower level and quality of marketing personnel development,thus they can not meet the needs of marketing personnel.It also affects the graduates'comprehensive ability of employment and entrepreneurship.Based on the theory of"course,post,match and certificates",the paper combines it with the teaching of"Marketing"in secondary vocational schools,optimizes the designing of the teaching system of the course,solvesg the above-mentioned problems so that it is operational and referable.
